Rockside Projects exists on a simple premise: clients building at this level deserve someone who knows what's happening in the walls, not just what's on the timeline. Too often, project management gets treated as an administrative function – keeping a schedule, relaying messages and the client ends up absorbing the chaos when no one holds the full picture.

Founder Roland grew up inside a custom home building company before training in both residential construction engineering and traditional timberframing. That dual background, structural and craft-based,  means he reads a build from the logic of the frame outward, and engages directly with architects, engineers, and trades in their own language. The work itself is rooted in materials that age well and hold meaning: timber, joinery, natural finishes. The goal is a quiet quality of permanence — spaces that feel grounded, considered, and made to last.
