Wellington 22
Erin, Ontario
A 4,000 sq ft handcrafted timber frame set on two acres at the edge of Caledon and Erin.
Material-driven.
Timber, glass, and stone layered in clean, modern forms.
Light moves through the home from morning to sunset. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape, pulling the outdoors in. Warm wood tones balance the precision of the architecture, creating a space that feels both grounded and deliberate.

A new build, completed in 2021.
The plan is simple and considered.
Living at the center. Bedrooms pushed to either side.
The primary suite is set apart — quiet, private, and oriented to the surrounding landscape. A space designed to reset. A generous ensuite with a soaker tub, heated floors, and a restrained, spa-like atmosphere.
Open living extends outward.
A direct connection to the garden terrace, outdoor spa, and open air.
